The Manager of Communications & Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance of all communications and marketing efforts at HFCA. This role shapes the organization's brand, drives audience engagement, and leads marketing initiatives that increase enrollment, strengthen community awareness, and support fundraising efforts.
This position serves as a strategic partner to the Development team and school leadership, ensuring that storytelling, campaigns, and digital presence not only reflect HFCA's mission, but also drive measurable action - whether that is applying, attending, or giving.
Requirements
Marketing Strategy & Enrollment Growth
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and community awareness
  • Build and manage campaigns that drive inquiries, applications, and event participation
  • Support improvement in conversion rates across the enrollment funnel
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy to improve results

Strategic Communications & Brand Management
  • Own HFCA's brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive communications calendar aligned with organizational priorities
  • Ensure all communications reflect HFCA's mission, values, and impact

Content Strategy & Storytelling
