We focus on enhancing the experience of creating Professionally Generated Content (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short-video space. This role sits within the Operations Strategy team, which seeks to drive effectiveness and efficiency of Ops programs and management by standardizing best practice, diagnosing and solving global underperformance and supplementing our strategies with external insight & rigour. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities As a Content Operations intern focusing on Business Operations, you will: - Build and embed the centralized operational infrastructure (workflows, SOPs, reference docs), which should be referenced across teams to improve decision-making quality and speed. - Leverage AI to scale impact and efficiency for critical business workflows. - Review and learn about the operations of the PGC, Ops, and XFN organizations, building critical workflows tied to impact and results. Ideate and develop the future roadmap.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and optimize workflows. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong interest in meeting different parts of the TikTok organization and collaborating cross-functionally. - Understanding of the digital content ecosystem.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
