Job description

• Oversee day-to-day back-of-house Sportsbook operations, working closely with third-party suppliers to deliver a targeted and customer-specific product.
• Manage risk effectively by reviewing betting limits, conducting customer profiling, and overseeing customer account activity.
• Recommend and develop product enhancements, including new betting opportunities, either internally or in collaboration with external partners.
• Monitor Sportsbook performance to ensure results align with company targets and KPIs.
• Research and analyze market trends to gain insights that support forecasting of customer betting behaviors.
• Manage all Sportsbook-related content across platforms to maintain accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
