Title - UX Content Designer Location- Pittsburgh, PA/Phoenix, AZ/Columbus, OH - Hybrid TEAM DYNAMIC: · Collaborative environment with content designers, product owners, and design teams · Regular interaction with developers and senior leadership/management · Acts as the face of content review with Legal ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design · Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products · Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions · Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language · Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis) · Support design process by integrating content strategy · Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews · Present and explain content decisions to non-experts Must Have Copywriting and Editing Digital Content Delivery Digital Copywriting Microsoft Office Previous familiarity with a regulated industry (legal, compliance, risk) Could be healthcare, finance, etc UX Content Design UX writing Nice To Have Agile Content Strategy Design Thinking Digital Communications Healthcare exp (for information sensitivity) Insurance Previous Banking/investment/financial institution exp User Experience Ref: #404-IT Pittsburgh
