Loss Prevention Risk Consultant– Job Description

Position Summary

The Risk Management Risk Consultant supports Gibson’s commitment to delivering proactive, high-value risk management solutions. This role provides consulting services to clients related to OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and safety initiatives, while reinforcing Gibson’s professional image through client engagement, technical expertise, and high-quality deliverables. The position blends hands-on consulting, client relationship management, and strategic advisory support to enhance client outcomes and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Ownership

·       Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, compliance, and risk management consulting.

·       Provide consultation to support client safety and risk management programs.

·       Identify consulting opportunities for new and existing clients.

·       Develop and refine consulting services and client deliverables.

Hands-On Execution & Delivery

·       Conduct site audits to identify hazards and compliance requirements.

·       Perform Workers’ Compensation assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.

·       Provide technical guidance on property and safety programs (e.g., PPE, ergonomics, machine guarding).

·       Develop customized safety, property conservation, and evacuation programs.

Reporting, Quality & Operational Support

·       Manage client service plans, budgets, and stewardship reporting.

·       Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables and client communications.

·       Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Integration
