Content & Social Media Manager

Job description

About SERHANT.
SERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world, calibrated for the marketplace of tomorrow, delivering proven results for buyers, sellers, and developers. SERHANT. revolutionizes the traditional brokerage model by innovating through media and content creation and is powered by a full-service in-house film studio as well as an amplification platform that puts our properties in front of more people than anyone else.
Sell It is the only coaching platform built to turn ambitious real estate agents into category-defining market makers. Powered by Ryan Serhant's proven method, world-class instruction, AI-driven tools, and an exclusive 40,000+ agent referral network, Sell It equips high-performing agents across every brokerage to build a name people trust, a market they own, and a legacy that lasts. We are part of Serhant Ventures, a luxury real estate business powered by celebrity owner, Ryan Serhant.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who is equal parts storyteller, commercially savvy, and creator. This role is responsible for bringing the Sell It brand to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and converting that presence into a steady stream of new members.
You will own the top of the funnel on social media. Your content will be the first thing an ambitious agent sees before they ever speak to a sales rep. That means your work directly drives subscription revenue. This role reports to the Integrated Marketing Sr. Manager and will have direct contact with the Executive Director of Sell It and Ryan Serhant, himself.
Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Production
    • Develop and own the monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - ensuring each platform has a distinct strategy and voice.
    • Produce and/or direct Reels, short-form video, carousels, static posts, LinkedIn articles, and YouTube videos aligned with Sell It's brand voice: confident, direct, ambitious, and Ryan's.
    • Translate brand messaging pillars - network, transformation, AI-powered coaching, Ryan's method - into platform-native content that performs.
    • Partner with Ryan Serhant and internal team members to capture, repurpose, and amplify existing content assets.
    • Manage content production end-to-end: concepting, scripting, editing coordination, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Audience Growth
    • Execute audience growth strategies on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube with clear monthly follower and reach targets.
    • Work with Integrated Marketing Manager to activate SEO, hashtag, and platform algorithm strategies specific to each channel.
    • Execute paid media to amplify organic reach and conversion.
    • Test and iterate on content formats, cadences, and hooks - with a bias toward what drives subscriptions and qualified traffic.
  • Community & Engagement
    • Manage community interactions across all three platforms - responding to DMs, comments, and tags in Sell It's voice.
    • Identify and spotlight member success stories, referral wins, and transformation moments to build social proof and deepen retention.
    • Monitor platform trends and competitor activity to keep Sell It ahead of the curve, not chasing it.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on KPIs weekly: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, link clicks, and funnel conversion metrics tied to membership.
    • Use platform analytics and third-party tools to optimize posting cadence, content mix, and channel strategy.
    • Report insights and recommendations to leadership monthly.
  • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years of social media and content marketing experience, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or subscription brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive measurable business outcomes (not just vanity metrics) across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong video content instincts - you understand what makes someone stop scrolling and what makes them subscribe.
  • Hands-on proficiency with content creation tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Experience in real estate, professional development, coaching, or SaaS/membership business models.
  • Familiarity with Ryan Serhant's brand, content style, and the Sell It community.
  • Experience working with or building systems to repurpose long-form content into short-form social assets.
  • Comfort on camera as an on-screen presenter or interviewer, when needed.
  • Experience with Circle, HubSpot, or other community and CRM platforms.
Skills
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to a distinct brand voice. You write in Sell It's voice, not yours.
  • Analytical fluency - you know how to read platform data and make decisions from it.
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $85,000.00 - $95,000 USD.
Your Location
This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in the New York Metro area, who can commute to 205 Hudson Street New York, NY 10013. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
Hiring Statement
SERHANT. is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment. We expect every member of the SERHANT. community to do their part to cultivate and maintain an environment where everyone has the opportunity to feel included and is afforded the respect and dignity they deserve.
Decisions related to hiring, compensating, training, evaluating performance, or terminating are made fairly, and we provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates and staff. We examine our unconscious biases and take responsibility for always striving to create an inclusive environment that makes every employee and candidate feel welcome.

All genuine job openings will be posted here on on our Careers page or Linkedin, and all communications from the SERHANT. recruiting team and/or hiring managers will be from an @serhant.com email address.
Visa Sponsorship Notice
Thank you for your interest in working with us! At this time, we are not able to offer H-1B visa or any other work authorization sponsorship. To be considered for any of our open roles, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
