Role Summary
We are hiring a Tradeify TV Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our content engine. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital media growth.
You will act as a key support partner to the production and content team, helping ensure videos, livestream clips, podcasts, and social content are published accurately, optimized for performance, and delivered on schedule.
This is a strong fit for someone with experience as a Production Assistant, Content Coordinator, YouTube Operations Specialist, or Media Operations Associate.
What You Will Do
Content Publishing & Distribution
  • Upload and publish content across YouTube, podcast, and social platforms
  • Schedule videos, livestream replays, shorts, and clips according to the content calendar
  • Ensure all assets are properly formatted, tagged, and published on time
  • Coordinate final handoff between editors, producers, and marketing teams
Metadata & Optimization
  • Write and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and captions
  • Support thumbnail testing and title experimentation to improve CTR
  • Maintain SEO best practices across YouTube and search-based content
  • Ensure branding consistency across all uploads
Calendar & Workflow Management
  • Own and maintain the Tradeify TV publishing calendar
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and upcoming launches
  • Help organize content inventory including raw footage, finished assets, and backlog opportunities
  • Communicate priorities clearly with editors, producers, and stakeholders
Performance & A/B Testing
  • Run and track A/B tests for thumbnails, titles, upload timing, and packaging
  • Monitor key metrics including CTR, retention, watch time, impressions, and subscriber growth
  • Share simple weekly performance recaps and recommendations
  • Help identify repeatable content patterns that drive growth
Production Support
  • Assist with livestream operations, guest scheduling, notes, prep sheets, and run-of-show documents
  • Support podcast and media production workflows when needed
  • Help troubleshoot last-minute publishing or scheduling issues
  • Track on stream giveaways

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in content operations, media coordination, production assistant, or digital publishing roles
