Location: Spring, Texas (Houston metro area)
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Summary

The Daily Grace Co. is seeking a full-time Marketing Content Specialist to support both the theological content development and marketing execution of our resources. This role serves as a key contributor in creating biblically rich content while also ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented with excellence and efficiency.

This individual is passionate about equipping disciples to know and love Gods Word and desires to help communicate deep theological truths in ways that are accessible, engaging, and missionally aligned. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, able to contribute to content creation while also supporting the operational rhythms of a fast-moving marketing team.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree required; studies in theology, Bible, English, journalism, marketing, humanities, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, administration, or ministry-related work preferred
  • Basic understanding of Reformed theology
  • Experience leading Bible studies within a local church preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with the writing and editing process
  • Experience creating podcast, video, or YouTube content preferred
  • Understanding of administrative and marketing principles

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to utilize the inductive method of Bible study and teach it to others
  • Understanding of biblical theology and how all of Scripture points to Jesus
  • Ability to make deep theological truths accessible to a broad audience
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and able to read from a teleprompter

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Responsibilities

Content Development & Theological Support

  • Create social media and email promotional content for Bible studies and other resources
  • Develop digital content such as lead magnets and YouVersion Bible reading plans
  • Write long-form YouTube scripts and create YouTube videos
  • Serve as on-camera talent as needed
  • Assist in creating written content for collaborative projects, including Bible studies, handbooks, and other print resources
  • Assist podcast hosts with research, outlining, planning, and promotion for podcast episodes, including writing show notes, coming up with podcast titles, choosing clips, and writing social media captions
  • Provide podcast administrative support
  • Engage with social media audiences as needed
  • Help develop content for blog posts, social media, and other ministry resources
  • Receive and implement feedback from editors to strengthen theological clarity and communication effectiveness

Marketing Operations & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing department
  • Assist in managing brand and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and update marketing calendars
  • Assist with preparing reports on marketing performance
  • Schedule social media posts for The Daily Grace Co. as needed
  • Schedule weekly newsletters for The Daily Grace Co. as needed
  • Upload Bible study content into The Daily Grace App as needed

Team Contribution

  • Participate in weekly team and department meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, editorial, and product teams
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and increasing ministry impact
  • Participate in workshops designed to deepen theological knowledge and communication skills
  • Other duties as assigned
