SERVPRO® of Wichita Falls - Content Supervisor

As a new Content Supervisor at SERVPRO of Wichita Falls, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness, and mutual respect.
 
The Content Supervisor has two roles after water or fire damage: The Content Packing role inventories customer contents, packs those contents into boxes, and tags large furniture to prepare them to be transported to and from customer's properties. The Cleaning role cleans those contents and/or the property they were removed from after water or fire damage in order to facilitate a positive customer experience. As a valued SERVPRO® franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to content technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Evaluate and inventory contents.
  • Document content inventory within the structure. 
  • Documents all non-salvageable contents within the project. 
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided for the day.
  • Manage consumable usage on assigned projects. 
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.  
  • Coach and train content technicians.
 
Position Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people. 
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner. 
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills. 
  • Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents 
  • Intermediate organizational skills. 
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred. 
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance 
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) 
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time 
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects 
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals 
  • Ability to travel locally when necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
 
Pay Rate
Starts at $16-$20 per hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. Growth opportunities available.
