Job Summary:

The Content Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a variety of content across multiple formats including video, emails, social media posts, blog posts, case studies, eBooks, sales whitepapers, and more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B content development, content distribution planning, and metrics analysis to guide decision-making. Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is essential, as is the ability to support the creation and execution of fully integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Experience in the energy industry is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Experience building productive working relationships with engineering,
    architecture, and other technical teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital content
    strategies.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot and Salesforce for content management and
    marketing automation.
  • Experience in producing web and podcasts including proficiency in Adobe
    Premiere or other editing tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Draft and produce both longform and digestible video content.
  • Work with web team on content management of the website.

Campaign and Project Management:

  • Manage brand marketing tasks and collateral updates, especially during

Working Conditions:
