Overview

We're looking for aย Content Planner to help shape impactful, fullfunnel content strategies that turn brand and campaign objectives into effective content across channels.

This role sits at the heart of campaign planning, working closely with Brand, Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure content is designed with a clear purpose at every stage of the funnel - from awareness through to conversion and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop endtoend content plans aligned to campaign and business objectives
  • Tailor content strategy, messaging, formats, and depth for each phase of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty)
  • Define clear content ecosystems, mapping assets to funnel roles and channels
  • Partner with Brand and Media teams to ensure content and media strategies work together by objective
  • Work upstream with Creative teams to ensure ideas are built to flex across multiple touchpoints
  • Identify the right content formats for the right platforms at the right moment in the journey
  • Use performance insights to optimize content weighting and effectiveness across the funnel
  • Support clear documentation of asset needs to enable smooth production and delivery
Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years' experience in content planning, content strategy, or integrated marketing
  • Strong understanding of fullfunnel marketing and the role content plays at each stage
  • Proven ability to adapt messaging and formats to different consumer mindsets and objectives
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with creative, brand, media, and production stakeholders
  • A structured, strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
