  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements across assigned markets, flagging and escalating compliance issues as they arise
  • Monitor site performance indicators - including site health, bounce rates, and conversion rates - and conduct regular QA reviews to ensure product pages and customer flows function correctly
  • Identify and resolve errors in content, imagery, and functionality, partnering with the UX team to troubleshoot technical issues and reporting site health findings to the Director of Ecommerce Solutions
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for ecommerce content and merchandising, maintaining regular communication with the global brand team at USANA headquarters
  • Meet regularly with regional marketing leadership to align site activities with campaigns, share OKRs, and ensure cohesive execution across markets

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
