Job description

Position Overview:

The Coordinator, Content Operations will be responsible for content scheduling, managing the live and original content calendar, and driving content execution and distribution across the M+ ecosystem. This role will assist with the execution of multi-platform programming content operations for Monumental Sports Network (MSN) ensuring content is published, merchandised, and distributed across Monumental Sports Network's owned and operated channels as well as third-party distribution partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Content and Programming team to implement a comprehensive multi-platform content strategy that reflects MSN brand, values, and growth objectives.
  • Assist with the development of MSN content calendar, ensuring consistent and compelling coverage throughout the season cycle.
  • Work with the Content Strategy team to launch windowing strategy across linear, M+, connected devices, and third-party partner platforms.
  • Coordinate content publishing across Monumental Sports Network's streaming platforms, digital products, and linear channels.
  • Maintain linear programming grids and input programming elements into Mediagenix.
  • Optimize and distribute accurate content metadata to ensure consistent presentation across platforms.
  • Monitor content availability and quality across all distribution endpoints, identifying and raising issues as needed.
  • Launch internal and external communication for new program schedule release communication.
  • Serve as point of contact with master control and third-party partner platforms on content distribution requirements, reporting, and delivery
  • Collaborate with Content, Production, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Engineering Teams to coordinate content plans, align on programming priorities, and support the execution of strategic content initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting and tracking program performance, content availability, and operational metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, digital media or a related field.
  • 1+ years of marketing/content management experience.
  • Experience with Mediagenix and CMS or other content management tools.
  • Experience coordinating content distribution across digital streaming or linear television platforms.
  • Solid understanding of content metadata, scheduling, and digital content distribution standard processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Pay Range:ย $55k - $65k USD
