About the Role
As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management and expansion of our digital asset repository. You will organize assets, develop intuitive naming conventions and taxonomy structures, and provide essential support for new initiatives. Partnering with global stakeholders, you will assess and design a robust content management system (CMS) solution tailored to various team needs, exploring cutting-edge digital asset management (DAM) and CMS solutions. Your work will involve tracking the procurement and implementation of software that directly enhances team onboarding and productivity, requiring you to quickly adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and its partners.
What You'll Do
  • Collate and manage content across various cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee remote collaboration with stakeholders spanning multiple time zones.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content hierarchy.
  • Formulate a strategic vision for CMS and DAM solutions that align with organizational requirements.
  • Define and project manage timelines for CMS and DAM software exploration and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with IT to explore and execute Request for Proposals for CMS and DAM solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure the efficiency and security of third-party solutions.
  • Work effectively with diverse disciplines including developers, designers, artists, writers, and localization teams.
  • Manage internal onboarding sites and processes to enhance organizational knowledge and communication, once CMS/DAM solutions are in place.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, digital content publishing/management, or a writing/editing role, OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with digital asset management systems, content management systems (CMS), and general asset management.
  • Demonstrated prior experience in digital asset management, content management, cataloging, or comparable work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working with a wide variety of digital assets and content types.
  • Proficiency with Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent cross-team communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong knowledge of media archiving best practices.
  • Editorial experience, including writing, editing, and preparing documents for review and publishing.
  • Solid project management experience.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Expertise in creating taxonomies and managing content repositories.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communication, Communications, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree in a similar field with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of recent experience with knowledge management and/or digital publishing modalities (e.g., Web, social media, in-product, training).
  • Experience working with various content management solutions.
  • Proficiency with creative design software.
  • Proficient in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience working in a multi-media or dynamic creative environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in database management.
