About the Role

The Site Content Specialist works within the broader eCommerce team to plan, configure, launch, and optimize content-led experiences across YETI.com. As part of the Site Content Team, this role helps bring campaigns, product launches, site marketing initiatives, and editorial content to market with a high standard of quality and execution.

This hands-on eCommerce content operations role owns the accurate execution and maintenance of assigned site experiences while supporting broader content strategy, performance optimization, SEO, and site enhancements. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support launch readiness, validate quality through testing and QA, and use performance insights to continuously improve the customer journey. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving eCommerce environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of content strategies across YETI.com, including campaigns, product launches, site marketing initiatives, category experiences, and editorial content.
  • Maintain site content and digital experiences to ensure accuracy, seasonal relevancy, and alignment with brand standards and business priorities.
  • Develop site briefs and execution requirements for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other key business initiatives.
  • Configure, QA, publish, and maintain content experiences within Salesforce Commerce Cloud across the homepage, campaign landing pages, category pages, buying guides, blog and editorial content, product discovery experiences, and evergreen site content.
  • Configure, QA, publish, and maintain site experiences within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
  • Support onsite promotional execution through promotion setup, related content updates, testing, launch validation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, Legal, Analytics, Retail, and Localization teams to deliver connected customer experiences.
  • Work closely with creative partners to bring brand storytelling, product education, and campaign experiences to life across YETI.com.
  • Analyze content, campaign, and site performance to identify key takeaways and recommend opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, customer experience, and product discovery.
  • Support homepage, category, and editorial content planning by translating performance insights, business priorities, and customer behavior trends into content recommendations.
  • Apply established SEO and accessibility best practices across site content and editorial experiences to support product discovery, organic traffic growth, usability, and content performance.
  • Partner with Digital Product, Design, and Technology teams to document requirements, report defects, and support testing for site enhancements and functionality improvements.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site experiences, publishing workflows, quality assurance processes, and cross-functional ways of working.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or eCommerce or related field of study preferred
  • Greater than two years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce site operations, site publishing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with an eCommerce platform or content management system.
  • Familiarity with site analytics tools and the ability to interpret standard performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Experience reviewing digital content and site experiences for accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned work, communicate risks early, and meet time-sensitive launch deadlines.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent projects and adjust as business priorities, processes, and technology evolve.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, including website navigation, content hierarchy, product education, and product discovery.
  • Curiosity about how customers discover, evaluate, and shop for products online.
  • Basic HTML knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including SFRA, Page Designer, or Business Manager, is preferred but not required.
  • Experience applying SEO or digital accessibility best practices is preferred but not required.
