Our team is responsible for achieving goals by building content moderation process systems, rule engine, strategy systems, feature engine, moderation platforms, data platforms, risk insight systems and all kinds of supportive platforms across TnS organization. If you're applying under the General Hire track for the TikTok Trust and Safety (TnS) Organization, you'll go through a unified interview process designed to assess your fit across the whole TikTok TnS Organization. Based on your background, experience, interests, and interview performance, we'll help identify one or more teams that are the best match for you. Responsibilities - What You'II Do - Participate in the overall architecture design and implementation of the data application platforms of the TnS, formulating data application architecture specifications and leading the team to implement them; - Participate in optimizing the data application architecture, continuously improving the stability and efficiency of the system, and continuously reducing the complexity and cost of storage, calculation, and service architecture; - Design and implement systematic support for data integration, offline development, real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis; - Establish good technical influence inside and outside the department, cultivate talents, effectively coach the team, and improve R&D capabilities;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or above degree in computer science or a related discipline. - Experience with software development in at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Python, Java; - Be proficient in the technology stack of the server(rpc, message queue, link tracking and service governance, etc.) in distributed / high concurrency scenarios; - Experience with big data systems and related technologies (Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, HBase etc.); - Great communication and teamwork skills; - Experience with data insight and related technologies (machine learning, statistical analysis etc.) is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $243200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
