In this role, you will serve as a strategic marketer supporting Deloitte Tax's AI priorities, helping translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns that build market visibility, deepen client engagement, and generate measurable business impact.   • Bring marketing strategies to life by driving integrated strategic marketing and communications activities that utilize the full spectrum of traditional and innovative marketing channels, aligning with fiscal year priorities and business objectives.
  • Engage and collaborate, and leverage agile principles in the successful creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing campaigns plans and activation calendars that align Tax AI initiatives, including a client targeting strategy and customer journey mapping that outlines multi-touch activation points to broaden awareness, deepen engagement, and drive leads/pipeline
  • Make recommendations on content strategy, development, and deployment, including derivative content; partner with subject matter specialists and stakeholders to shape campaign messaging and create relevant content and eminence assets, including POVs, articles, podcasts, and other digital assets
  • Support development of strategic briefs, stakeholder presentations, and approval materials for campaign plans, content, and activations; review content and creative assets to ensure quality control for all projects against applicable standards
  • Stay current on the rapidly evolving Tax AI market landscape, emerging trends, and competitive activity to help inform campaign recommendations and positioning
  • Understand the targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance, recommending adjustments as needed
  • Develop post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

  • Understanding of Agile methodology; experience working in Workfront is preferred

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
