Job Summary: 

Understanding our customers and delivering content that resonates with them is fundamental to the success of our business. The Customer Content Strategy Manager will coordinate the creation and execution of customer-aligned content and messaging strategies. This role is responsible for translating customer strategy into clear messaging hierarchies, defining content priorities by segment, and developing guidance for creative storytelling through vignettes and campaign assets.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and alignment of customer messaging hierarchies across all segments, defining the most impactful content and messaging at each stage of the customer journey
  • Develop strategic creative briefs that translate customer insights into clear messaging frameworks, content structures, and creative direction to drive consistent, targeted communication across channels
  • Own and maintain a segment-driven content calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching content strategy across digital channels and web platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative and campaign teams to ensure execution is aligned with strategic intent and delivers cohesive storytelling
  • Collaborate cross functionally with analytics teams to evaluate content performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that continuously enhance the customer experience

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience with marketing planning/strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or related professional experience
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to develop, articulate, and execute effective strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Ability to measure performance and translate data into actionable objectives
  • Experience collaborating across various teams such as Creative Services, Analytics, Merchandising, and Execution teams
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
