Digital Marketing & Content Manager

LaSante Health Center is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized marketing professional who can think beyond basic social media posting and help elevate our digital presence, patient engagement, and brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with critical thinking - someone who understands content, branding, analytics, digital growth, and how marketing drives real business results.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and Growth

  • Support patient growth initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns

  • Improve and manage website and SEO performance and optimization

  • Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights using analytic tools

Content and Social Media:

  • Develop, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms.

  • Create and execute monthly content calendars.

  • Film, edit, and publish short-form video content, graphics, campaigns, and educational materials.

  • Montier engagement and manage community interaction.

Other responsibilities include leadership collaboration about marketing performance and improvement, and ensuring alignment amongst departments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing digital marketing and social media for a brand or organization.

  • Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and audience engagement.

  • Knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital analytics.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
