Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.

Summary:

The Senior Ecommerce Account Manager, Beauty will work closely with internal teams, including purchasing, warehouse, operations, marketing content, finance, customer service, IT, and leadership. This person must also be willing to travel when needed for business meetings, trade shows, marketplace events, vendor meetings, warehouse visits, and account reviews.

The right candidate must be able to manage accounts, lead projects, guide team members, follow up on tasks, and work closely with cross-functional departments to make sure business goals are being met. This person should be proactive, organized, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple accounts, deadlines, SKUs, and internal priorities.

This person will also support and help grow other marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace, Walmart DSV, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other ecommerce platforms. Beauty, fragrance, skincare, haircare, or consumer products experience is strongly preferred.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands ecommerce operations, knows how marketplaces work, can lead people and projects, and wants to be part of a fast-moving global beauty and consumer products business.

This is an in-house role, working Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Ronkonkoma, NY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow ecommerce marketplace accounts across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other online platforms
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for key marketplace accounts, internal teams, and external partners
  • Lead day-to-day account execution, including product setup, item maintenance, content updates, pricing updates, promotions, inventory monitoring, and account health follow-up
  • Manage and support team members by assigning tasks, tracking progress, reviewing work, providing guidance, and making sure deadlines are met
  • Monitor team workload, follow up on open projects, and help remove roadblocks that may delay account performance or marketplace execution
  • Review sales performance, traffic, conversion, inventory levels, buy box status, listing quality, account health, chargebacks, and marketplace issues
  • Create and maintain sales reports, account updates, performance summaries, KPI tracking, and action plans for leadership review
  • Identify risks early, including inventory gaps, suppressed listings, pricing errors, compliance issues, account health concerns, chargebacks, claims, and operational delays
  • Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, operations, marketing content, finance, customer service, IT, and other departments to make sure accounts are running smoothly
  • Support new item launches, product uploads, content improvements, brand store updates, marketplace expansion, and promotional planning
  • Track marketplace promotions, seasonal events, and key sales periods such as Prime Day, holiday sales, TikTok campaigns, Walmart promotional periods, and other marketplace events
  • Communicate with marketplace representatives, vendor managers, buyers, internal stakeholders, and external partners when needed
  • Review account performance and recommend ways to improve sales, profitability, listing quality, content, inventory flow, and operational execution
  • Help improve internal processes, reporting tools, task tracking, and communication between departments
  • Use Excel daily for reporting, sales analysis, item tracking, pricing, inventory updates, bulk uploads, and account management
  • Prepare business review materials, marketplace updates, and action plans for internal and external meetings
  • Travel as needed for business meetings, trade shows, marketplace events, vendor meetings, warehouse visits, and account reviews

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of ecommerce account management, marketplace management, or related ecommerce experience preferred
  • Direct hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central is required
  • Experience managing or guiding team members, coordinators, assistants, or cross-functional projects is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Walmart DSV, TikTok Shop, eBay, or similar marketplaces is strongly preferred
  • Beauty, fragrance, skincare, haircare, personal care, or consumer products experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of product listings, item setup, content optimization, pricing, promotions, inventory management, chargebacks, account health, claims, and marketplace operations
  • Strong reporting and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, formulas, data cleanup, and large data files are required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with leadership, internal teams, marketplace contacts, vendors, and external partners
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as warehouse, operations, purchasing, marketing, finance, IT, and customer service
  • Ability to manage many SKUs, deadlines, team tasks, marketplace requests, and account issues at the same time
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow up quickly until issues are resolved
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to review data, identify opportunities, and turn account performance into clear action plans
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%) when needed for business meetings, trade shows, vendor meetings, warehouse visits, and marketplace events
