Spokane, WA

About the Role
Join a fast-growing Northwest restaurant company known for its healthy mindset and meaningful community contributions. We are seeking a creative, high-energy Social Media Content Coordinator based in Spokane to bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling.

This hands-on position centers on photography, videography, and social content creation. You will regularly capture store teams in action, so strong interpersonal energy and the ability to put people at ease on camera are as essential as technical expertise.


What You Will Do

  • Capture professional photographs and videos of food, store operations, and promotions that showcase our brand at its best.
  • Create and edit dynamic short-form video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and additional platforms.
  • Produce weekly podcast-style content that engages audiences and reinforces our brand voice.
  • Manage social media calendars, craft effective captions, drive engagement, and track basic analytics to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and provide support to franchise locations.
  • Lead efficient, well-organized photo and video shoots with clear direction and professional presence.
  • Travel to store openings and key events as needed (preferred).


Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for a candidate who combines genuine social content personality with strong technical skills behind the camera. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • An outgoing, personable approach that helps team members feel comfortable and natural on camera.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to provide clear direction during shoots.
  • Comfort appearing on camera (a significant advantage).
  • Proven experience in food photography and short-form video production (1–3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with cameras, lighting, and editing tools such as the Adobe Suite and CapCut.
  • Availability to work regularly at Spokane-area locations.


Location Requirement
This role requires candidates based in the Spokane area. It is not a remote position.


Compensation

  • Hourly: $22–$28 per hour, or
  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Limited travel to new cities and regions will be required as the company continues to expand.
