Following a shift in our content approach, we are seeking a Consumer Marketing Content Strategist to bring greater rigor, cohesion, and sophistication to our storytelling. This is a strategic role focused on shaping narratives, not just producing them, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a refined, consistent, and elevated brand voice.

  • Ensure consistency across digital platforms, retail environments, packaging, and owned channels
  • Bring clarity and cohesion to messaging across an expanding ecosystem of connected products

Guide Content Excellence

  • Set the standard for high-quality content, conceptually and editorially
  • Write and refine key strategic assets (campaign concepts, headlines, product narratives)
  • Provide direction to cross-functional teams, agencies, and creative partners to ensure alignment and quality

Orchestrate Cross-Channel Experience

  • Ensure messaging is seamlessly integrated across web, e-commerce, social, email, and in-home experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, UX, design, and performance teams to optimize storytelling for impact and conversion
  • Shape content that supports both discovery and decision-making in a premium purchase journey

Leverage Insight & Foresight

  • Develop a deep understanding of our audience’s expectations of a modern, connected home
  • Analyze content performance and behavioral insights to continuously refine messaging
  • Monitor category trends to ensure our voice remains differentiated, relevant, and forward-looking

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or narrative development
  • Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or premium technology brands
  • Demonstrated ability to create cohesive messaging frameworks across complex product ecosystems
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a refined, brand-sensitive tone
  • Proven ability to distill technical concepts into clear, differentiated consumer value
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
  • Experience with CMS, Figma and Google Analytics

What Sets You Apart

  • You have a point of view on what premium content feels like, and how to achieve it
  • You excel at balancing precision and emotion in storytelling
  • You think in systems, ensuring every piece of content ladders up to a clear narrative
  • You bring structure, taste, and thoughtful critique to creative work
  • You care deeply about how technology integrates into everyday life
  • You write copy that resonates and converts

Why This Role Matters

As our product ecosystem expands, so does the complexity of our story. This role ensures that complexity becomes clarity, transforming features into experiences and products into a cohesive vision of the connected home. Your work will shape how consumers understand, trust, and ultimately choose our brand.
