Job description

Position Overview:

Weare seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist

to support talent acquisition, market intelligence, and content operations initiatives across

North America. This role combines recruiting execution, recruitment market research,

business development support, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate is

analytical, resourceful, people-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote

collaboration environment.


Key Responsibilities:

I. Recruitment Support (40%)

  • Manage job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and talent pool development to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for critical hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening interviews, assessing professional

qualifications, work experience, compensation expectations, and overall role fit.

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview processes, including interview scheduling,

stakeholder coordination, feedback collection, and candidate follow-up to ensure an

efficient recruitment experience.

  • Independently support business development (BD) activities with U.S.-based clients,

including client outreach, needs assessment, consultation, and preliminary partnership discussions to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed, proactively supporting team objectives and operational priorities.

II. Recruitment Market Research & Data Analytics (30%)

  • Manageandmaintain recruitment dashboards, delivering weekly reports and periodic

recruiting analytics summaries.

  • Provide timely and accurate market intelligence to support executive search and

recruitment initiatives.

  • Monitor North American talent market trends, including hiring demand, compensation

benchmarks, emerging roles, and industry developments.

  • Conduct in-depth research on target industries and companies, producing structured

analyses such as hiring preferences, talent mapping, skill requirements, and compensation studies.

  • Transform complex research findings into data-driven insights and engaging content suitable for platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED) and other social media channels.

III. Content Operations & Production (30%)

  • Support the development and growth of Xiaohongshu (RED) and TikTok accounts,

including account positioning, content planning, and brand/IP development.

  • Independently create written content, design visual assets, and produce/edit short form videos.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy,

publishing cadence, and audience engagement based on data insights.


Qualifications:

I. Hard Skills

  • Strong candidate sourcing and assessment capabilities, with the ability to evaluate

skills, experience, competencies, communication abilities, and cultural fit.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas,

dashboards, and data analysis functions.

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following tools: SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or

R.

  • Hands-on experience launching and managing content channels on Xiaohongshu

(RED) and/or TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content strategy.

  • Excellent Chinese writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging,

highly shareable content.

  • Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools, demonstrating strong visual

storytelling and aesthetic judgment.

  • Strong research, information gathering, and synthesis skills, with the ability to

transform fragmented information into structured and actionable insights.

  • Authorized to work legally in the United States without sponsorship restrictions.
  • Solid understanding of the North American employment landscape, including H-1B,

OPT, Green Card processes, and state-specific employment regulations.

II. Soft Skills

  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote and cross

functional environment, with proactive communication and reporting habits.

  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge in unfamiliar

industries and subject areas.
