Job Description
Fixed term/temporary assignment
Duration: 6-Month Assignment
Location: Chicago Corporate Office (On-Site, 5 Days Per Week)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Content is a six-month contract to provide parental leave coverage on the Corporate Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this role will lead the planning, development, auditing, and execution of corporate content across owned channels, B2B marketing initiatives, strategic third-party partnerships, B2B influencer partnerships and other integrated marketing campaigns. A large time spent in this role is managing GGP's corporate social presence, executing content-driven campaigns, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering high-quality storytelling that advances GGP's brand and business objectives. Success in this role means seamlessly maintaining key corporate marketing initiatives while delivering engaging content that supports brand visibility and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across GGP's corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and an internal employee advocacy tool.
  • Manage editorial calendars and coordinate content production across internal stakeholders, agency partners, and creative teams.
  • Develop and execute integrated content strategies that support corporate marketing initiatives, B2B campaigns, recruitment needs, and brand storytelling.
  • Execute content marketing campaigns supporting corporate initiatives, thought leadership, employer brand, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate content development and execution for strategic 3rd party partnerships, B2B influencer programs, sponsored content initiatives, and employee advocacy campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize corporate website content, including content audits, page updates, blog development, white paper publishing, and content enhancements that improve search visibility and user experience.
  • Monitor channel performance and engagement, applying best practices to improve content effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to identify content opportunities and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in content marketing, corporate communications, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel content strategies.
  • Advanced copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for multiple audiences and channels.
  • Experience managing corporate social media platforms and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent marketing projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing projects across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing or corporate brand marketing.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing or strategic content partnerships.
  • Experience using CMS platforms, social listening tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in commercial real estate, retail, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or employee advocacy programs.
