The Retail Marketing Lead is responsible for identifying marketing opportunities, developing digital content, and overseeing the execution and management of content across all marketing channels. Serving as the primary retail channel lead, this role drives the planning, creation, and timely delivery of content to meet key deadlines. The Retail Marketing Lead ensures the marketing calendar stays on track, maintains brand consistency, and is executed at a high standard.
  • Creates digital and social media content across channels, including product flat lays, digital compositions, graphics, and GIFs.
  • Analyzes performance data to inform strategy and guide the marketing team in developing and executing daily content across channels (social, SMS, email, influencers, etc.) to drive traffic and sales for key products and categories.
  • Provides ongoing recommendations to leadership on how to consistently improve channel
  • Serves as creative and digital marketing content lead for assigned channel.
  • Participate in channel meetings, and related processes to align strategic priorities and support the development and execution of creative and digital marketing content.
  • Partner with assigned channel to identify, propose, and implement innovative marketing content, tools, and strategy.
  • Support development of overall marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met. Ensures that assigned channel's calendar requirements are documented and executed accordingly.
  • Creates emails and marketing copy for Retail and Ecommerce channels as needed.
