The Assistant Vice President, Marketing is responsible for leading the operational execution, performance management, and continuous optimization of the marketing function. This role oversees marketing operations across channels, ensuring effective implementation of marketing strategies, efficient workflows, and data‑driven decision‑making. The AVP provides leadership for marketing execution, analytics, segmentation, and performance measurement, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. Working in close partnership with the Vice President of Marketing, this position drives operational excellence, supports organizational growth objectives, and fosters a culture of accountability, insight, and continuous improvement.

Campaign Execution and Delivery
  • Lead the execution and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor results and recommend improvements to maximize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and brand standards.
Team Management and Development
