    with a deeply donor-centered approach.
  • Develop individualized engagement strategies for existing donors to deepen relationships and grow giving
    levels over time.
  • Identify and qualify new donor prospects from research, community connections, peer networks, and internal

  • Partner with the AVP of Community Giving, CDO, and Institutional Giving (Grants) team on philanthropic
opportunities for the YSIC, contributing donor intelligence and community relationships to support aligned

  • Collaborate with the Community Giving and MarCom teams to develop and refine YSIC-specific donor
communications-including impact updates, stewardship letters, and campaign appeals-by contributing
YSIC program context, donor feedback, and community narrative.
  • Provide input and review for YSIC content across fundraising platforms, social media, web, and event
materials to ensure accuracy, donor relevance, and alignment with the YSIC's voice and community.
