Job Summary:

The Business Development Director is responsible for promoting the facility’s services, developing strong referral networks, and expanding the organization’s presence within the community. This position supports census growth by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, and other referral sources. The role requires strong communication skills, professional outreach abilities, and a compassionate understanding of healthcare services.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 19 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven work experience in marketing or business development, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing methods.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborate with internal or external marketing teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, brochures, and presentations.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives by tracking key performance indicators and adjusting efforts for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, referral interactions, and prospective leads.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to support ongoing strategy improvement.
  • Represent the facility at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance visibility and establish professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with admissions, clinical teams, and leadership to support seamless referrals, admissions coordination, and strong customer service.
