This role is responsible for managing day-to-day social media execution, coordinating content development, fostering client relationships and ensuring every deliverable reflects our standards for creativity, strategy and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Manage assigned social media accounts from planning through execution, community management and reporting.
  • Own social content development and execution, including timelines, calendars, approvals, copy, creative briefs and content recommendations, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, platform-appropriate and delivered on schedule.
  • Bring thoughtful recommendations forward based on platform trends, audience behavior and campaign performance.
  • Serve as a day-to-day social media contact for assigned clients, confidently contributing recommendations, presenting work and communicating needs, opportunities and challenges.
  • Translate social performance and reporting into actionable insights and optimizations that inform future content and channel decisions.

  • Curiosity for what's next โ€“ Social changes quickly, and you genuinely want to stay ahead of new platforms, behaviors, creators, formats and cultural shifts.
  • A collaborative spirit โ€“ You work well across creative, media, client services and strategy, knowing the strongest social work rarely happens in a silo.
What You'll Gain
  • Exposure to a diverse mix of brands and industries โ€“ Work across active client accounts spanning travel, tourism, outdoor, lifestyle and more.
  • A seat in the bigger marketing picture โ€“ Collaborate across strategy, creative, media, PR and production to see how social connects to integrated campaigns.
  • Opportunities to grow your social expertise โ€“ Build deeper experience across content, platforms, reporting, creators and emerging trends while continuing to sharpen your strategic thinking.
  • Work that gets you out from behind the screen โ€“ From content shoots and events to creator collaborations and client experiences, social here goes beyond managing a content calendar.
  • A collaborative agency team โ€“ Work alongside people with different specialties and perspectives who care about making the work and the team better.
