About the Role

Our Wealth and Investment Technology unit includes SS&C Advent's investment and alternative management solutions, which support the sophisticated infrastructure required for modern asset management.

We are seeking a Senior Content Specialist to own the execution of high-impact content that simplifies the complexities of front-to-back investment operations, including portfolio management and reporting, trading, compliance, and investor management for global hedge funds, investment, alternative, and institutional wealth managers. In this autonomous role, you will lead the end-to-end creation and optimization of content, utilizing SEO, GEO, and AI-driven strategies to ensure our specialized Advent-powered solutions are discoverable and resonant in the marketplace. Working closely with product and regional marketing teams, you will activate content across the buyer journey and develop the enablement tools necessary to communicate the competitive advantage of our investment technology stack.

This role requires a specialist who is comfortable translating institutional investment operations into clear B2B narratives and possesses the discipline to manage multiple technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Content Planning & Creation

  • Map and create content across the entire customer journey and content funnel, ensuring coverage from awareness through adoption and retention.
  • Deliver technical, solutionoriented, and client-driven content thatdemonstratesrealworld use cases and outcomes.
  • Own assigned content initiatives from planning through delivery,maintainingthe content calendar, coordinating inputs and approvals, managing dependencies, and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure featured and highpriority contentremainsaccurate, relevant, and up to date across the web.
  • Work closely with an inhouse copywriter to produce highquality, onbrand content.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for content creation (e.g., video production, sponsored content, thirdparty research/report vendors).
  • Edit, review, and QA content created by others (including internal partners and external vendors) to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.

SEO, GEO & AIDriven Optimization

  • Build andoptimizecontent for modern search behavior, including AIassisted search, intentbased discovery, and zeroclick environments.
  • Identifyopportunities to test andoptimizecontent formats and structures based on performance data and evolving search trends.
  • Apply AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and performance analysis.

Social Media Management

  • Help drive organic social strategy and execution (primarily LinkedIn), aligned with brand and messaging goals.
  • Manage andoptimizedaytoday social publishing, performance tracking, and experimentation.
  • Lead or support an employee advocacy / social media ambassador program to extend reach and consistency.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with segment and regional marketers to help shape content strategy that supports local and audiencespecific goals.
  • Partner with marketing operations to ensure consistent publishing cadence and operational efficiency.
  • Enable sales and internal teams to access andleveragecontent through tools likeHighspotand email templates.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track content marketing performance, analyze results, and make datadriven recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on inbound, digital marketing, SEO / GEO, and leadgeneration best practices.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, ora relatedfield.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a marketer in fintech, investment management, or another complex, regulated B2B industry.
  • Comfort working with technical, nuanced product and industry concepts and translating them into compelling content.
  • Handson content execution skills.
  • Highly organized with strong projectmanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Selfstarter who can execute with minimalassistance.
  • Strong business acumen withdemonstratedexperience fostering positive, collaborative relationships across marketing, sales, and other teams.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Occasional travelrequired(typically under15 daysper year, <10% travel).
