Job description

Own the creation, organization, and continuous improvement of customer-facing product content that helps customers, partners, and internal teams understand, adopt, configure, troubleshoot, and maximize value from Alvaria products. Develop guides, online help, knowledge articles, tutorials, release documentation, troubleshooting content, API/developer documentation, and self-service resources using modern content development practices. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to transform complex product capabilities into clear, searchable, reusable, and customer-focused content.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing content, including product guides, online help, knowledge articles, tutorials, release notes, FAQs, troubleshooting content, API documentation, and onboarding materials.
  • Author, organize, publish, and manage content using modern content management and knowledge platforms.
  • Design content that improves customer onboarding, self-service adoption, product understanding, and task completion.
  • Apply best practices in information architecture, structured authoring, content reuse, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to ensure content accuracy and readiness for releases.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use customer feedback, support trends, search analytics, and stakeholder input to identify content gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure content quality, consistency, accessibility, discoverability, and alignment with company standards and terminology.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, reviews, and release activities.
  • Leverage approved AI and automation tools to support research, content planning, drafting, summarization, content transformation, and quality improvement while ensuring accuracy, consistency, governance, and adherence to company standards.
  • Apply scripting and automation skills, such as Python or similar tools, to streamline content operations, including metadata validation, link checking, content audits, terminology management, reporting, and other repeatable quality assurance activities.

Experience and Candidate Profile
  • Engineering graduate in Computer Science or Graduation majoring in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience creating customer-facing content for software, SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology, AI, analytics, or similarly complex technical products. Especially the candidate needs to provide projects as samples to validate the experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Knowledge in Agile product development environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. Common European Framework for English Language Proficiency both Speaking and Writingโ€“ Higher B2 to C1.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, ownership mindset, and customer focus.
  • Working knowledge in content management or knowledge platforms such as ClickHelp, Notion, or similar tools is an added advantage.
AI, Analytics, and Digital Skills
  • Understanding structured authoring, content reuse, taxonomy, metadata, search optimization, and content governance.
  • Ability to use analytics, customer feedback, and content usage data to measure and improve content effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible AI-assisted content development practices.
  • Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and consistency.
  • Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, Git, APIs, JSON, and documentation-as-code practices is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting tools is desirable.
  • Awareness of accessibility, localization, inclusive language, and content usability principles.
