Job Summary

This role blends creativity, strategy, and relationship-building to elevate the clinic’s brand and patient experience across both digital and in-person channels. The Marketing & Content Coordinator will capture and produce high-quality video content, design visually engaging marketing materials, and maintain an active, trend-forward social media presence while managing outbound communications to keep patients informed and engaged. Beyond digital efforts, this role plays a key part in driving growth by building strong referral relationships with local physicians and industry partners, representing the clinic at community events, and executing in-clinic and seasonal campaigns that boost patient retention and attract new patients. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality video content (interviews, "day in the life," educational snippets) and edit them for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. 
  • Design visually appealing flyers, digital banners, and social media posts that align with our brand identity. 
  •  Maintain an active presence across all platforms, engaging with followers and staying ahead of healthcare trends. 
  • Manage outgoing marketing messages via WhatsApp and social media to keep our patient base informed of new services and updates. 
  • Actively visit other doctor's offices to promote our clinic’s services and ensure a steady stream of referrals. 
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with local physicians, office managers, and pharmaceutical representatives. 
  • Represent the clinic at local health fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs. 
  • Develop and execute in-clinic promotions to increase patient retention and awareness of new treatments. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns to drive new patient acquisition 
  • Any other tasks assigned.  
Requirements:

Skills/Abilities: 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop). 
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms for professional outreach. 
  • (Preferred) Previous experience working with doctors or pharma reps is a major plus. 
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to local medical offices and events. 


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field or equivalent portfolio-proven experience (preferred).  
  • 1-2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts or creating digital content for a brand/agency.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Prolonged period of standing, moving, and bending. 
  • Must be able to use photography equipment, such as cameras, lights, and microphones.  
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
