To thrive as a Content Creator, you need strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, often supported by experience in digital media or a related field. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, SEO tools, and basic graphic or video editing software is typically required. Creativity, adaptability, and effective communication are standout soft skills for connecting with audiences and responding to changing trends. These skills are essential for producing engaging, high-quality content that drives audience growth and meets organizational goals.

Balancing the unique requirements of each channel—such as adapting tone, format, and posting frequency—requires strong organizational skills. Additionally, staying up-to-date with trends and algorithms while meeting deadlines can be demanding. Collaborating effectively with designers, marketers, and other team members is key to ensuring cohesive and high-quality output across all platforms.

Acting as the cross-functional connector between Content, Creative, Project Management, Growth, Brand, Legal, and external influencer partners, they manage the unified editorial calendar, uphold brand safety and compliance standards, and oversee creator content workflows. • Translate brand priorities, product launches, and cultural moments into a cross-channel editorial plan.
  • Integrate UGC, trends, and lifecycle messaging in partnership with Growth to align paid and organic efforts.
  • Oversee influencer and creator initiatives in partnership with agency teams.
  • Lead creator briefing, content review, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure brand standards, disclosures (FTC/COPPA), and seamless integration into the publishing calendar.
  • Manage the end-to-end publishing pipeline (asset delivery, QA, scheduling, go-live).
  • Ensure content meets platform best practices, accessibility, tagging, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and platform operations (account structure, verification, etc.).
  • Partner across Brand, Legal, Growth, PR, Customer Care, and international teams to ensure alignment and brand integrity.
  • Maintain asset permissions, UGC approvals, and clear escalation processes.
  • Analyze performance data with Analytics to refine cadence, content mix, and platform prioritization.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and impact.
  • Lead and develop a Social Media Specialist and seasonal team members.

  • Experience navigating content reviews across many teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Sprout, Meta Suite, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and content calendars.

Education requirements:
