Join our innovative NGDS team, where we leverage AI and advanced technologies to enhance customer service. We seek a dynamic Content Creator passionate about knowledge transfer and revolutionizing training content. Looking for someone with Locomotive Electrical and Mechanical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce engaging online training and “how-to” videos.
  • Plan and script video content, collaborating with Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Organize logistics for video shoots, including travel and location access.
  • Edit and compile videos, ensuring a professional final product using tools like PPT-Animations and Screen‑Record.
  • Create supplementary materials such as practice problems and quizzes using AI tools.
  • Structure video content into a cohesive training curriculum.
  • Potentially lead live training sessions and provide peer feedback on content quality.
  • Ability to travel to company sites as needed.
