Responsibilities

●      Create photo, video, graphic, and written content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more

●      Capture original content at events, career fairs, client visits, and team activities

●      Support planning and execution of campaigns tied to recruiting and branding goals

●      Write engaging captions and recruitment-focused copy in a consistent brand voice

●      Edit short-form videos, reels, testimonials, and BTS content

●      Monitor engagement and help build an active online community

●      Collaborate with recruiters and marketing on job promos and announcements

●      Stay current on trends and recommend fresh ideas

●      Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
