Job description

Position Summary

Kacmarcik Enterprises is seeking a highly creative Content & Multimedia Manager to lead the development of visual content and storytelling across the organization.

This role is responsible for concepting and producing engaging video, photography, and digital content that showcases our people, capabilities, culture, and impact. The Content & Multimedia Manager brings ideas to life from concept through execution and plays a key role in how our brands connect with both B2B and B2C audiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating, capturing, and producing content in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

This role serves as the creative engine for visual storytelling across the organization.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

· Concept, create, and produce high-quality video content (short-form and long-form)

· Capture and edit content for social platforms, including reels and short-form video

· Plan and execute photography for marketing, branding, and storytelling needs

· Edit and produce multimedia content for use across digital channels

Creative Strategy & Storytelling

· Develop creative concepts that bring brand stories to life in engaging and visually compelling ways

· Identify and capture meaningful moments across the organization (projects, people, events, culture)

· Translate business initiatives into clear, audience-focused content

· Support content planning and campaign ideation

Brand & Digital Content

· Develop visual-first content for digital and social platforms across multiple brands

· Draft supporting captions and messaging as needed

· Support development of landing page content and campaign storytelling

Internal & Culture Content

· Produce content that highlights employee stories, culture, and internal initiatives

· Capture and develop content for internal communications and engagement

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field

· 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or multimedia roles

· Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and digital content

· Experience shooting and editing video content (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)

· Photography and photo editing experience

· Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Flexible and dependable, with the ability to support occasional after-hours or event-based content capture as needed.
