Role Description The Social Media & Influencer Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of organic social media and influencer marketing initiatives for assigned client accounts. This role is responsible for manual social publishing, community management, influencer vetting, creator communications, campaign coordination, and overall project organization to ensure programs are executed accurately and on schedule.

Working from approved strategies, this role brings campaigns to life by coordinating content, engaging online communities, supporting influencer partnerships, monitoring platform updates and maintaining organized workflows across multiple accounts.

This is an execution-focused role and does not own strategy development. Instead, you'll work closely with the Social Strategist and Head of Strategy to implement campaigns, maintain quality, and help deliver exceptional results for clients across a variety of industries.


What You'll Do

Social Media Responsibilities

● Execute approved social media strategies across multiple client accounts

● Schedule and publish content across platforms

● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions while maintaining each client's brand voice

● Escalate customer service issues or sensitive conversations as needed

● Assist with monthly content organization and publishing calendars

● Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging features, and sharing relevant insights with the team

● Assist with social reporting and gather performance metrics

● Assist with content planning for all clients calendars including flagging content opportunities that arise from trends, community management, etc.

● Support the Social Strategist and Head of Strategy with research, campaign execution, and special projects


Influencer Marketing Responsibilities

● Source and research creators based on approved campaign strategy in collaboration with the Director of Accounts & Strategy

● Conduct influencer vetting and maintain creator databases

● Manage outreach, follow-up communication, and relationship building

● Coordinate contracts, product shipments, deadlines, and content approvals

● Review submitted content against campaign briefs before strategist/client review

● Track deliverables, posting dates, usage rights, invoices, and campaign status

● Collect campaign metrics and assist with reporting

● Maintain organized campaign documentation and project management tools

Collaboration

● Work closely with Social Strategist, Account Managers, Head of Strategy and Digital teams

● Help ensure campaigns launch on time and assets are organized

● Notify any opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

● 2–3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing role

● Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously

● Strong written communication skills including experience copywriting

● Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube

● Experience with social scheduling platforms (HeyOrca and Hootsuite experience preferred)

● Experience with influencer platforms (Upfluence preferred) is ideal

● Experience using project management software such as Workamajig or similar tool

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred)
