ByVerTek is now seeking a Marketing Associate who will develop, execute and optimize online strategies, enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition. This position is a key ambassador to create content, develop internal marketing protocols and partner in sales lead generation. The Marketing Associate will have experience with digital marketing channels and a passion for creating engaging content. The ideal candidate for this role will be professional, creative and data driven.


What You’ll Do:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and promote a deep understanding of ByVerTek’s value proposition and mission
  • Consult with and learn directly from clients and business partners to identify messaging and positioning that will resonate with the telecom construction industry and our prospective customers
  • Promote and develop marketing materials and branding protocols across the organization
  • Ensure all marketing content strictly adheres to brand guidelines and industry regulations

2. Growth Marketing & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute high-ROI digital campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep ByVerTek steps ahead of the competition
  • Manage SEO strategies to aggressively maximize search rankings and website traffic

3. Content Creation & Brand Stewardship

  • Own the content lifecycle: write engaging copy for the company website, blogs, social media channels, and email newsletters
  • Manage our WordPress site, ensuring landing pages are optimized for user experience and conversion
  • Support PR efforts by drafting press releases and managing our public-facing brand reputation across online review and recruiting platforms
  • Maintain internal brand integrity: manage our SharePoint content library, establish marketing SOPs and curate PowerPoint presentations

4. Analytics & Continuous Optimization

  • Track, analyze and report on KPIs and campaign ROI using Google Analytics and our CRM
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights and present performance metrics directly to cross-functional teams and leadership

5. Culture & Collaboration

  • Onboard and orient new hires on brand standards (e-signatures, social media etiquette, letterhead, etc.)
  • Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team environment focused on mutual success.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, B2B content creation and brand management
  • Proficient with MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Solid grasp of SEO, content marketing and B2B social media strategy
  • An exceptional, concise writer and polished presenter who can confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly adaptable, analytical, organized and capable of pivoting as priorities evolve


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM
  • Familiarity with project management software like Wrike
  • Proficiency with advanced reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio / DataStudio)
  • Comfortable working in an Apple/Mac environment
