Job description

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for supporting the execution of learning and content initiatives that build associate capability, enhance customer experience, and improve store performance. This role also serves as the hands-on lead for multimedia productionโ€”filming, editing, and producing high quality video and visual contentโ€”and provides structured project management to ensure learning and creative initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to enterprise priorities.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support execution of store learning and content strategies aligned to operational, customer and associate experience, and brand priorities.
  • Assist in translating business needs and field insights into effective learning and communication solutions.
  • Help design and deliver storeready learning and multimedia content that improves associate readiness and performance.
  • Contribute to video and multimedia production, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Support coordination of learning and content projects, including intake, timelines, and cross-functional communication.
  • Assist with development, maintenance, and rollout of training materials, job aids, and brand communications.
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement of learning and content effectiveness.
  • Contribute to efficient workflows and a culture of learning, creativity, and store support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years sales/customer service experience to include proven digital experience and presence; effectively builds sales and customer following thru social media channels
  • Prior customer services and personal styling experience preferred
  • Excellent public speaking, communication, verbal, and written skills; ability to communicate clearly in a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar software
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro) is a plus
  • Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistent knowledge of the fashion industry: high awareness, digitally savvy, socially active (Linked In, Insta, FB, Tik Tok)
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer data/information
  • May be required to work some events at night, on weekends, and/or holidays as required
