The Assistant Marketing Manager supports and assists with the development and implementation of overall marketing programs, internal communications and serves as a general marketing operations support role. This position plays a key individual contributor role to ensure the ongoing effectiveness in marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Coordinate and monitor campaign and event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content design team to create compelling and engaging marketing content, including social media updates, email campaigns, and trade show / customer event content.
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity and reputation by ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging for product line.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendation for improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet and exceed goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • Experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Expertise with website CMS, social media, and marketing automation a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
