Description

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator of Event Presentation who will be responsible for providing organizational support to the production control room and Director of Broadcast and Event Presentation. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in planning, outsourcing, and execution of Private Stadium Events like client parties or meetings, ceremonial Galas. Review all audio/video requests needed throughout the facility.
  • Oversee Control Room Content for Matchday with ingesting and testing of videoboard graphics. Follow-up with respective departments such as Partnerships, Marketing and others who run in-game content. 
  • Assist in rendering and loading LED Content for all stadium matches and events. 
  • Act as producer of home and away radio broadcast setup and execution, including remote coordination and transmission support 
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Venue and outside Production Companies and Broadcast Services
  • Communicate with Rights Holders to understand their contracted requirements, and work with internal departments to ensure all outside Broadcast Support and Rights Holders are accommodated 
  • Assist with MLS Next PRO match productions, with camera setups, sending A/V feeds, working control room equipment. 
  • Assist in the scheduling and management of the Control Room Matchday Staff. 
  • Act as Control Room Operator on equipment if and when needed. 
  • Clip video of any Presentations, Anthem performances, special requests, etc., from all matches and Stadium Events, and provide to respective personnel if / when available or requested. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. 
  • Experience with a professional sports team (a plus). 
  • Knowledge of Control Room equipment such as on-air graphics systems, replay systems (a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment. 
  • Lighting, set design, and A/V knowledge (a plus).
  • Understanding of brand awareness. 
  • Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is required.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
