Overview
We are seeking an AI Content Artist to create high-quality generative content across image, video, and emerging formats.
This role blends creative judgment with production discipline. You will translate creative direction into compelling AI-generated outputs while ensuring assets are polished, platform-ready, and scalable.
You will not just execute prompts but also shape visuals with a strong eye for composition, detail, and storytelling.
When you are not prompting you are taking video and making edits, using traditional production tools to fix for hallucinations and errors in the output. You will combine edit, motion and color to ensure the entire edit feels seamless and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities

  • Explore visual variations and refine outputs with a strong artistic lens
  • Contribute to the visual evolution of concepts through iteration
  • Apply principles of composition, lighting, color, and framing
  • Maintain consistency across assets and variations
  • Create content with platform formats and delivery needs in mind
  • Prepare assets for handoff across social, digital, and campaign ecosystems
  • Ensure outputs are clean, high-resolution, and technically viable
  • Participate in review cycles and respond thoughtfully to feedback

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in design, digital art, motion, edit, or related creative fields
  • AI prompting experience and knowledge to generate creative assets
  • Expertise in After Effects, Premiere and DaVinci
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste and creative refinement
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and/or video
  • A clear understanding of both aesthetic craft and production realities
  • Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high visual standards
  • Able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Understanding of what can and cannot be said in prompts from a legal perspective

Preferred
  • Background in visual storytelling
  • Experience working in agency or campaign environments
  • Experience with branded work
  • Familiarity with digital content specifications and modular builds
