Job description

Aieres Group just landed on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. We're a specialty contracting platform(Finishes + Millwork) in serious growth mode, and we're doing it loud, not quiet. The rebrandfrom First Nick Companies to Aieres launched with a full video campaign, and the#BuiltOnDiscipline brand is picking up steam on LinkedIn and Instagram.Right now, growth is bottlenecked by bandwidth, not ambition. We need someone who cantake the raw material - jobsite footage, founder frameworks, real construction stories -and turn it into a content engine that runs without me having to think about it.Success looks like: I show up, shoot, and lead. You own everything else - planning, editing, publishing, growth - and #BuiltOnDiscipline becomes a recognizable name inconstruction and small-business circles within 12 months. What You'll OwnPlan the content calendar, research hooks, write outlines for both the Aieres brand andKosta's personal #BuiltOnDiscipline platformFilm & direct (or coordinate footage capture on jobsites, at company events, and on theroad)Edit long-form YouTube content and repurpose into 5-10 shorts/week across YouTube,IG Reels, TikTok, and LinkedInDesign thumbnails, write titles/descriptions, add CTAs with UTM trackingPost natively across platforms - you own the publish buttonTrack basic analytics and deliver a weekly performance readoutCapture and archive founder frameworks, quotes, and stories into a reusable contentlibraryBuild out a lightweight contractor bench (thumbnail artist, captioner) as volume growsWho You AreYou've fully owned edits before - not just cut footage, you made storytelling calls(pacing, hooks, structure)You understand YouTube and short-form retention mechanics: titles, thumbnails, hookmath, why a video flopsYou're hungry to build something with your name on it, not just execute ticketsYou want to grow with the brand - as Aieres scales, so does your role, your team, andyour ownership of the channelComfortable on the road: this role travels with the founder for shoots, conferences, andbusiness trips (occasional evenings/weekends when the moment calls for it)Tooling: Premiere or Final Cut, Frame.io/Drive, Descript or CapCut; After Effects anddrone/gimbal experience a plusCompensationCompensation is based on experience. We're open to someone earlier in their career who'smotivated and knows the fundamentals - you'll start where your experience puts you andgrow from there as you prove yourself.Part-time structured around a weekly output commitment (e.g., 1 long-form + shortspackage/week) rather than clocked hours - pay scales with scope if it grows into fulltimeOne-time equipment stipendAnnual education budget for courses/pluginsTravel and trip expenses covered by the companyHow to Apply1. Send your portfolio - 2 best edits (long-form + short) you fully owned2. A 60-second video: why you're the right fit, and one non-fiction book that's shaped howyou think3. List your tools, city, and earliest start date4. If it's a fit, you'll get a paid test project - real raw footage, real deliverables, real pay -before we talk final termsEmail: [your-email] - Subject line: "Content Manager - [Your Name]
