Are you a reliable and safety-conscious driver with a knack for customer service? Join our team as a Container Storage Delivery Driver! You'll play a crucial role in transporting containers to and from various locations, ensuring their safe delivery while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate combination vehicles to transport containers to designated locations, ensuring the security of the cargo.
- Efficiently load and unload containers, securing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and any other required documentation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain clear and open communication with dispatch, providing updates on delivery progress and addressing any challenges or delays.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with CDL requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, including hauling other products such as toilets, fences, and dumpsters.

Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License - Class A, with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience with combination vehicles.
- Possession of or ability to obtain Medical Examiner Card and pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in cargo transportation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for vehicle maintenance tasks.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Approximately 75% of your day will be spent driving.
- This position is moderately labor-intensive, requiring the ability to lift and move heavy chains for hooking up storage containers.
- Exposure to all types of weather on a regular basis.
- Ability to safely walk and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary.
