Administrative Assistant – Support Our Team & Make an Impact
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour | Full-Time | Long Beach, CA.

Day-to-Day Impact:

  • Serve as the first point of contact: answer calls, manage messages, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office
  • Manage client records, schedules, and documentation
  • Support administrative and clinical teams with training, meetings, audits, and office supplies
  • Ensure staff compliance with certifications, credentials, and company policies
  • Track and maintain key data, schedules, and spreadsheets

Who We’re Searching For:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and composure
  • Knowledge of ABA or developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  •  Bilingual preferred Spanish or Chinese.
