Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Contact Center Advisor who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Contact Center Manager in our Farmington Hills location.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability of providing high quality and accurate service to our members and non-members, both internal and external.
  • Ability to provide members with information necessary to make informed decision regarding their financial transactions.
  • Must be able to help our members with their financial needs and building trusted relationships to deliver a memorable and excellent service experience.
  • Must be able to answer member questions concerning their accounts and ACCU services.
  • Ability to process a variety of member transactions such as balance information, fee disputes, etc.
  • Must be able to be an active listener with excellent communication skills who works well with others.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent is required along with 1-3 years in the same or equivalent position.
