Job description

SGE Marketing Services Inc, is an affiliate company of Spring-Green Enterprises parent company seeking a full-time Contact Center Sales Manager based out of Plainfield, IL.  This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remote part of the year, along with expectations to work in the Plainfield IL, office during our busy season.

$60k based on experience.

Summary
Under the guidance of the Director of Contact Center Sales, the Contact Center Sales Manager (CCSM) oversees the Contact Center Sales team and implements initiatives that support business growth for Spring-Green Franchises. The CCSM serves as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the Sales Team’s operational functions, (including inbound customer acquisition, outbound acquisition and upsell calls, outbound property evaluation follow-up calls, and property measurement collections), and ensures all sales agents are held accountable to maximizing their contributions to the team and are consistently meeting established levels of performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a year-round staff of up to 10 people as well as the addition and integration of a larger seasonal staff of contact center representatives each spring.
  • Ensure Sales Team's sales performance targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Work with the Director of Sales to develop appropriate sales techniques to help drive sales performance and partner with the Training team to deploy these techniques to the staff.
  • Communicate directly with multiple levels of contact center staff as well as members of Spring Green’s marketing, technology and operations departments.
  • Directly oversee and interact both onsite and virtually with internal and outsourced inbound sales team.
  • Oversee and ensure successful execution of all outbound sales campaigns.
  • Work with the training team to provide and update documentation of sales process, procedures and scripts as needed.
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure telephone communications are consistent with the Sales Team’s expectations as well as company policies and initiatives and analyze QA results to refine sales processes and procedures. 
  • Work with Work Force Management team in creation of staffing plan and communication of daily and weekly staff adjustments as needed based on attendance, call volume, etc.
  • Monitor and respond to contact center sales inquiries from Spring Green Franchise Owners and the company-owned franchises’ customer service team.
  • Monitors and ensure the timely completion of measurement collection as requested.

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Associates degree or some college course work in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related subject matter preferred.
  • Minimum two to five or more years of sales contact center/call center experience with a minimum of two to three years of successful lead, supervisory or managerial experience.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of call tracking software to record customer data, conversation details and reporting features.  Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
 Licenses
Valid driver’s license required with good driving record required for local travel for various meetings and/or training activities.
