Required Skills
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers with strong expertise in Python or Java development and hands-on experience building AI-powered Contact Center solutions.
Must-Have Experience
Strong development experience in Python and/or Java
Experience with API development and Microservices Architecture
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience working with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Five9 Contact Center Platform
Experience with contact center call routing and orchestration
