The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX's unparalleled content portfolio-news, sports, and entertainment-directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content-and built with the full support of Fox Corporation-this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first-seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We're assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision-and we're just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX is hiring a Contract Senior Recruiter to support high-priority hiring across our Direct-to-Consumer business. This role will focus on non-technical roles across business strategy, revenue strategy, ad sales, partnerships, business planning and analytics, marketing, content, creative, and design.

This is a senior, full-desk recruiting role supporting leaders and teams across a fast-scaling business. The ideal recruiter is highly consultative, fast-moving, organized, and comfortable managing searches where role requirements may evolve as the business grows.

This recruiter will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional hiring teams to define hiring needs, align on talent strategy, and deliver strong candidate pipelines for priority roles.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for DTC non-tech roles, from intake through offer acceptance

  • Support hiring across business strategy, revenue strategy, ad sales, partnerships, business planning and analytics, marketing, content, creative, design, and related business functions

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and align on hiring strategy

  • Build targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent across media, entertainment, streaming, consumer technology, digital products, advertising, sales, and creative industries

  • Create compelling candidate outreach that tells the FOX/DTC story and attracts high-caliber talent

  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, feedback loops, and offer strategy

  • Provide market insights to hiring leaders, including talent availability, compensation trends, competitor intelligence, and candidate feedback

  • Maintain accurate data and candidate activity in Workday and other recruiting tools

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while moving searches with urgency and discipline

  • Help hiring teams calibrate on talent, leveling, must-have skills, and realistic market expectations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Senior full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across media, entertainment, streaming, consumer technology, advertising, revenue, marketing, creative, or business-side roles

  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional hiring teams

  • Strong ability to recruit for ambiguous or evolving roles where intake, calibration, and market feedback are critical

  • Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates

  • Strong business judgment and ability to understand how roles connect to broader business goals

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, push back thoughtfully, and keep leaders aligned

  • Strong organizational discipline and comfort managing multiple searches at once

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-change environment

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools

  • Background in streaming, media, entertainment, gaming, sports, advertising, or digital consumer brands

  • Experience recruiting for consumer technology companies with marketing, content, design, revenue, sales, partnerships, or business development hiring needs

  • Executive search or in-house recruiting experience supporting senior non-tech business roles

  • Experience in high-growth companies where recruiters are expected to be both strategic partners and hands-on operators

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $70.00 per hour.
