Location: Montreal, Canada - Remote

The Role

As an Account Executive for HOKA Canada, you'll drive sales and manage accounts within your designated territory, focusing on long-term development and profitable growth for the brand. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, maximize productivity of existing accounts, and pursue new distribution opportunities that align with HOKA's strategic plan. This role is responsible for defined account management in eastern Canada, primarily Ontario and Quebec.

Your Impact

  • Manage product sales to account base, build consumer-right assortments, and oversee sales results with customers
  • Maintain orderbook and order flow, nurture strong working relationships with customers, and provide sales metrics as requested
  • Plan seasonal go-to-market cycles with customers, support retail marketing, and drive GTM management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet sales plans, attend activations, and support partnership initiatives
  • Build yearly plans, stay up to date on current marketplace trends, and contribute to strategic planning
