Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Line Cook to join our busy pub kitchen. You'll help prep, cook, and plate great food while keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly during those rush-hour moments.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and stock your station each shift.

- Prep ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes.

- Keep your area clean and follow food safety standards.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.

- Comfortable using kitchen equipment and solid knife skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, positive, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Physical Requirements

- Able to stand for long periods.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working on your feet all shift.
